💼 Job Title: HSE Advisor (Field) 🧩 About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Advisor to support and monitor field operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, while promoting a strong safety culture across all teams. 🚀 Key Responsibilities * Monitor and enforce HSE policies and procedures on-site * Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments * Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions * Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE standards * Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports * Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records * Support emergency response planning and drills * Advise management and field teams on safety improvements 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in HSE or related field * Proven experience in a similar HSE role (preferably in field operations) * Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices * Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation * Ability to work in remote or site-based environments * Strong communication and leadership skills * High attention to detail and commitment to safety ⭐ Nice to Have (Bonus Skills) * NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certifications * Experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial sectors * Knowledge of environmental management systems * First Aid and emergency response training * Familiarity with HSE reporting tools and systems 🎯 What We Offer * Competitive salary * Opportunity to work on major field projects * Strong safety-focused work environment * Career growth and professional development opportunities * Rotation / site benefits (if applicable)
