💼 Job Title: Party Manager (Field) 🧩 About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Party Manager to lead and oversee field operations on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing crews, coordinating activities, and ensuring that all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements and client expectations. 🚀 Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise field crews and daily site operations * Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities in the field * Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safety standards * Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company on-site * Monitor project progress, timelines, and performance * Allocate resources, manpower, and equipment effectively * Prepare daily, weekly, and final project reports * Identify and resolve operational challenges in real-time * Ensure quality control and adherence to technical specifications 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications * Proven experience as a Party Manager or similar leadership role in field operations * Strong leadership and team management skills * Solid understanding of field operations (oil & gas, geophysical, or industrial projects preferred) * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure * Strong communication and client management skills * Good organizational and decision-making abilities * Willingness to work in remote or challenging environments ⭐ Nice to Have (Bonus Skills) * Engineering or technical background * Experience in seismic or survey operations * HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) * Experience with project management tools and reporting systems * Knowledge of logistics and field resource planning 🎯 What We Offer * Competitive salary * Opportunity to lead large-scale field projects * Professional and dynamic work environment * Career growth and leadership development opportunities * Rotation / site-based benefits (if applicable)
