Up to 5 round-trip airtickets are given to an employee, from Tripoli to his point of hire or country of residence, and, in addition to the regular break schedule, there are 28 days a year of paid vacation. Salaries are paid monthly 100% in Euros. Travel days are counted as work days and thus accrue break.
